The calling of the mountain is strong with 80 percent of readers surveyed listing Mount Panorama as the attraction to the race, closely followed by the appeal of the exotic vehicles that participate.
Of the respondents, 90 percent follow Formula 1 and Supercars, with close to 50 percent showing interest in NASCAR, a number that is no doubt growing year on year with the Shane van Gisbergen effect.
Being a Meguiar’s backed survey, readers were asked how often they wash their car.
Of respondents 34 percent wash their car fornightly while 25 percent keeping their pride and joy clean on a weekly basis. The majority, 84 percent, do it the old-fashioned way in the driveway.
